Real Estate Sales Associate Post Licensing Course – RE005FL45
The Florida Real Estate Commission requires all new Florida real estate licensees to take a post-license course regardless of whether they received a sales associate license or a broker license. One of the intents of this post-license course is to place every new licensee on the same page regarding their education that affects their actual real estate practice.
This course comprises twelve units of information designed to help licensees increase productivity and profitability in their real estate business. The course includes a review of state and federal laws to help the new licensee become law-aware.
